Beautiful Granite Belt fruit that expresses the region's unique terroir. Luscious, textural and complex with notes of yellow nectarine, apricot, mandarin peel and honeysuckle. Aged on lees for nearly a year, stirred occasionally to build body and texture, unfined, and with minimal additions.
